Contact forms

The information submitted is not used for marketing purposes and is used for customer service only.  When you send me a message using the contact form your data is stored on this website and copies of the message are sent to two email addresses – one is my specific business email account and the other is the administration email account for this website.  Both accounts are owned by me.  The form data is also collected by my CRM to help me better serve you.  The CRM helps me to remember when you’ve contacted me, wether I have replied to your message and wether you are interested in services or not.  By sending a message you are consenting to the use of the data sent within the message in this way.  

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

I use google analytics to track and store data about website visitors.  This data is used to improve the website and help me get more of the right clients in through the doors.  It’s used to see how well the website is performing and what improvements could be made to the website.  No personal information such as IP address or contact details are collected by google analytics and is therefore not available to myself or google in relation to the tracking data collected.

Litespeed Cache

This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.
